India Reports 6977 Coronavirus New Cases

India reported 6977 new cases of COVID-19 in the past 24 hours, taking the total number of the novel coronavirus infections in the country to 138,845 cases.
The Indian Ministry of Health said in a statement that 154 new deaths were also registered, taking the total number of deaths to 4021. Cases of recoveries from coronavirus pandemic reached 57721 cases, the statement added.
