The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) held yesterday a virtual workshop with the participation of 1353 officials from private sector enterprises owners and human resource specialists. The workshop discussed setting priorities for training needs for the private sector in light of the COVID-19 pandemic, with the aim of designing and developing training programs provided by Hadaf to meet the training needs of the establishments, enable them and ensure their stability and business development in light of the current economic situation. The workshop reviewed a number of training programs provided by the Fund, which can be used during this pandemic, including the electronic training platform (Doroob), on-the-job training program (Tamheer), and the Professional Certificates Support Program.
