King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) continued last week the implementation of water supply and environmental sanitation project in Al-Khawkhah Directorate, Al-Hudaydah Governorate, Yemen. During the period from 23 to 29 April 2020, 301,000 liters of drinking water and 343,000 liters of using-water were pumped into tanks. The Center also transferred waste to landfills, implemented a campaign to remove waste from the entire Al-Khawkhah Directorate, and implemented a spray campaign to combat disease vectors in the Directorate and camps of displaced people. This comes within the framework of humanitarian and relief projects being implemented by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, represented by KSrelief, for the Yemeni people to improve their living conditions during the current humanitarian crisis.
