The Council of Cooperative Health Insurance (CCHI) has stated that the unified health insurance policy covers the vaccination service for children through home medical care for a period of 90 days. The spokesperson for the Council, Yasser Al-Ma'arak pointed out that qualified health insurance companies and accredited health care service providers have been informed accordingly, in order to enforce the order as of the date of issuing the circular approving the service. Al-Ma'arak also said that this step came in line with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia unremitting efforts in facing the repercussions of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19) and completing the preventive and precautionary measures being taken by the Cooperative Health Insurance Council.
