The first flight from the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, heading to the Philippine capital Manila, is departing this evening, within the initiative announced by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development to enable expatriates to return to their countries, as a result of the conditions that the world is living in due to the Corona pandemic. During the past few days, some establishments have initiated applications to enable the expatriates who work for them to return to their countries. The first flight itinerary will start from King Abdulaziz International Airport in Jeddah at 8 pm, to reach King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh , before setting off again at 10:30 pm for Manila. This initiative is an extension of the humanitarian stances taken by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the great concern to meet the needs of expatriates, and in response to the wishes of some expatriates to return to their countries in light of the current conditions of the world's countries due to the preventive measures to confront the Coronavirus and prevent its spread and providing an opportunity to the workers whose contracts with their facilities have ended to leave.
