The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasted the weather for today as moderate and torrential thunderstorms accompanied by active winds in the regions of Riyadh, Eastern Province, Najran, Asir, Jazan, Baha, and Makkah. In its report, the Authority stated that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is northerly to westerly northerly on northern and central part and westerly southerly to westerly northerly on southern part at speed of 15-40 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is southerly to easterly southerly at speed of 15-35 km/h.
