A car bomb exploded near a U.S.
convoy near the northern city of Mosul, but no casualties
were reported, police said.
Some vehicles were damaged in the blast, said Lt. Mohammed
Ahmed, speaking from Mosul, located 360 kilometers (225
miles) north of Baghdad.
No other details were immediately available.
