Morocco reported 53 new cases of the novel coronavirus (COVID-19), bringing the number of laboratory-confirmed cases to 844, and a new death, bringing the total number to 50 deaths. In a statement issued, the Moroccan Ministry of Health said today that the Casablanca region is at the top of the number of infections with 241 cases, followed by Rabat with 148 cases, then Marrakech with 139 cases, pointing out that the number of recoveries reached 59 people.
