Romano Prodi, President of the European Commission, today conferred with Arab ambassadors accredited to Belgium and to the European Union. The Arab side was led by the Saudi Ambassador to Brussels, who is also dean of Arab diplomatic corps Nassir Alassaf. During the meeting, the Arab European relations were evaluated and regional issues of concern to the two sides were reviewed.
