The Permanent Representative of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to the United Nations, Ambassador Abdullah bin Yahya Al-Muallami, here today offered the condolences of the Kingdom delegation on the death of former United Nations Secretary-General Javier Pérez de Cuéllar. Earlier this week, the Kingdom's permanent delegation to the United Nations delivered two cables of condolences and consolation sent by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, and His Royal Highness Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, the Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, to the Secretary General of the United Nations, Antonio Guterres, in which they expressed their sincere condolences and sympathy to the Secretary-General and to the family of the deceased.
