Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Austria and the Governor of the Kingdom to the International Atomic Energy Agency praised the report of the Director General regarding the safeguards agreement concluded under the NPT with Iran, and on adding a special clause related to Iran's implementation of this agreement, which has become necessary to ensure that Iran does not distort its nuclear activities in accordance with the safeguards agreement, and on the professionalism and high transparency that its inspectors enjoy. This came in a speech delivered by Prince Abdullah bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz at the session of the IAEA Board of Governors, which is currently held in the capital, Vienna. He pointed out that Iran's continued violation of the nuclear agreement is considered blackmail and a constant threat by Iran to the international community, and assures us again of the limitations of this agreement. He affirmed that the Kingdom's position on the nuclear agreement with Iran in the year 2015 AD came in support of the importance of a comprehensive international agreement regarding Iran's nuclear program that guarantees preventing Iran from obtaining nuclear weapons in any way, based on the necessity of working on everything that would Reducing the proliferation of weapons of mass destruction in the Middle East and the world, with our full awareness through our neighbors of Iran, and its behavior during the past forty years of its intentions of this agreement, instead of exploiting the economic return from lifting sanctions against it in the service of its internal development and improving the conditions of the Iranian people. It has harnessed those resources to continue to support terrorist groups in the region, stir up unrest and intensify its destabilizing activities in particular, and the world as a whole, while insisting on developing ballistic missiles, including threatening international navigation and maritime straits. He also stressed the contents of the report of the Director General regarding the possibility of the presence of undeclared nuclear materials and activities in Iran, and IAEA call on Iran to cooperate fully and immediately, as a result of not allowing IAEA inspectors to reach two sites in Iran. He added that, despite the evidence presented by the agency, Iran invokes that the agency's request to enter the two sites did not depend on reliable logical and legal evidence and reasons, and this calls into question if Iran has nothing to hide in these two sites, so why refuses to allow the agency's inspectors to enter these sites? Moreover, Iran continues to question the integrity and impartiality of the work of the International Atomic Energy Agency and its inspectors, and in light of these abuses and the situation as we mentioned, the international community cannot ignore the nature of all this evidence. From this standpoint, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia stresses the need for Iran to return to the negotiating table without preconditions, in order to ensure that its destabilizing behavior in the region and the world is addressed and that it sponsors terrorism, and deprives it of any kind of provocation in the future, which will reintegrate it into the international community, and lift it from it all sanctions are for the benefit and welfare of the Iranian people.
