The General Secretariat of Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) valued the precautionary measures approved by the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques regarding temporarily stopping the granting of Umrah, visiting and tourism visas, in order to confront the coronavirus and protect pilgrims and visitors from exchanging infection and transferring it to the holy sites and to the world. Secretary General of the Arab Red Crescent and Red Cross Organization (ARCO) Dr. Saleh bin Hamad Al-Tuwaijri stressed that these measures confirm the Kingdom's keenness on the safety of the lives of pilgrims and visitors of the Two Holy Mosques, noting the role of the government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and the great facilities it provides for pilgrims and Umrah performs.
