His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, met here today with President Mohamed Ould Ghazouani of the Islamic Republic of Mauritania, currently on a visit to the Kingdom, at his guest residence. During the meeting, they reviewed the aspects of Saudi-Mauritanian relations and areas of bilateral cooperation, especially, those related to development and economic aspects, as well as a wide range of regional issues and efforts exerted, in their regard. The meeting was attended by Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy; Prince Turki bin Mohammad bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Dr. Issam bin Saeed, Minister of State, Member of Cabinet, who also serves as accompanying escort minister; Dr. Majed Al-Qasabi, Minister of Commerce, in charge of media; Ahmed Al-Khatib, Minister of Tourism and Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Saudi Fund for Development; Ahmed Al-Qattan, Minister of State for the African Countries' Affairs; and Dr. Hazza Al-Mutairi, the Saudi Ambassador to the Islamic Republic of Mauritania. On the Mauritanian side, the reception was attended by the top-level accompanying delegation, including Minister of Foreign Affairs and Mauritanians abroad Ismael Ould Cheikh, minister of economy and industry, minister of petroleum, minerals and energy, minister of commerce and tourism, minister of rural development, diertor general of the president office and the Mauritanian Ambassador to the Kingdom Sidi Ali Ould Sidi Ali.
