Representatives of the Yemeni government and Iran-backed Houthi militias agreed in here today on a detailed plan to conclude the first full-fledged official operation to repatriate prisoners of wars and detainees as per Stockholm Agreement, a joint statement issued by the office of the UN envoy to Yemen and the International Committee of the Red Cross said. The statement said the parties are scheduled to embark an exchange of lists of the PoWs and detainees immediately. This came at the end of the third round of negotiations held under the supervision of the international team being held for the last seven days in the Jordanian capital of Amman.
