The Ministry of Health (MOH) announced the reception of ten Saudi students after they were evacuated from Wuhan, China by a private plane, in implementation of the directives of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and HRH Crown Prince and follow-up of the Minister of Foreign Affairs, where the plane landed this morning in Riyadh, after full coordination with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the Embassy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in China. MOH stated that the students were transferred, accompanied by specialized medical teams, to a suitable accommodation that was fully equipped for them, with full medical care, as they would be isolated for two weeks in order to ensure their safety and perform all laboratory tests to check on them. This procedure comes within the framework of epidemiological investigations and the ongoing follow-up by MOH to the novel coronavirus.
