Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of condolences to the President of the Federal Republic of Brazil, President Jair Bolsonaro, on the victims of the floods that struck the southeast of his country, and the resulting deaths. The King said in the cable, "We learned about the news of the floods that swept the southeast of the country, and the resulting deaths, and the displacement of thousands from their areas, and we share with Your Excellency and the friendly people of the Federative Republic of Brazil, this pain. We send to Your Excellency, the families of the dead and to your friendly people, on behalf of the people and the government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and in my own name, sincere condolences and consolation."
