Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao will seek more oil from Russia and discuss anti-terrorism cooperation when he travels to Moscow next week, a Foreign Ministry official said Friday. Wen is scheduled to meet Russian President Vladimir Putin during his Sept. 23-25 visit. En route to Moscow, he is to discuss trade and security with Central Asian leaders at a Sept. 21-22 meeting of the six-nation Shanghai Cooperation Organization in Bishkek, Kyrgyzstan. In China's relations with Russia, "energy cooperation takes an exceptionally important position," Assistant Foreign Minister Li Hui said at news briefing.
