Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Al-Eqtisadiah newspapers said in their editorials that the relationships between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Kuwait were widely known for their historical and political depth and characterized by prudence and transparency in dealing with issues. The papers noted that these relationships were based many decades ago on mutual respect, common interests, and cooperation in various fields. The papers added that the agreement held between the two countries on resuming oil production from the divided zone fields would give their relationships further progress and prosperity along with more achievements and partnerships. Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that the role of women in societies is an active component in the development and progress anywhere in the world. The paper said that during the reign of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz and HRH the Crown Prince Muhammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Saudi women are leading various leadership positions.
