The Human Resources Development Fund (Hadaf) launched today the electronic Career Education and Development Portal (Subol), which aims to educate and empower national cadres professionally, provide information and interactive and visual content on the labor market supported by career orientations tests. Subol platform seeks to enable students, job seekers, employers and employees to make better learning and career options by building an integrated system of education and vocational guidance services, within the framework of building a comprehensive system that is the best of its kind in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia through importing and conditioning the services of the best vocational education and guidance programs in the world and modifying them to suit the needs of the country. The platform also aims to provide an interactive electronic environment that is concerned with education and career guidance for the targeted groups, enabling them to effectively select education and work paths, developing tools that help to identify trends and matching them with career paths. The electronic Career Education and Development Portal will also provide a service to communicate with professional counselors remotely, to provide career counseling services for job seekers in all the Kingdom's regions.
