His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense sent a cable of condolences to the President of the Democratic Republic of Congo Félix Tshisekedi, on victims of flooding that swept the capital city of Kinshasa, resulting in deaths.
HRH Crown Prince said: I was informed of the flooding that swept the capital city of Kinshasa, resulting in death. I express to Your Excellency, the families of the victims and your friendly people sincere condolences and candid consolation.
