The Saudi Arabian Oil Company (Saudi Aramco) today issued the prospectus for listing its shares for the first time in its history on Saudi Stock Exchange (Tadawul).
Subscription period for the subscribers in the Institutional Subscribers category will start on 17/11/2019 and end by 4/12/2019.
Subscription period for the subscribers in the Individual Investors category starts on 17/11 / 2019 and ends by the end of 28/11 / 2019.
