Saudi Ambassador to Niger Turki bin Naji Al-Ali participated here today in the opening ceremony of the 5th Meeting of African, Caribbean and Pacific Ministers of Culture.
The meeting was held under the patronage of President Mahamadou Issoufou of Republic of Niger, in the presence of a number of members of the Government, ambassadors and international organizations accredited to the Republic of Niger.
