Saudi Advisor to the Royal Court and Supervisor General of King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) Dr. Abdullah bin Abdulaziz Al Rabeeah met here today with the Italian Undersecretary of State for Defense Angelo Tofalo. Dr. Al Rabeeah briefed the Undersecretary on humanitarian efforts by the Center and its remarkable roles in serving the needy, supporting the poor, protecting civilians and facilitating the entry of humanitarian and commercial assistance. He also briefed Undersecretary Tofalo on the assistance being provided for Yemeni people inside and outside Yemen in Somalia, Djibouti and the Kingdom, implementing specific projects such as "MASAM" project to clear mines from Yemen, rehabilitating Yemeni child soldiers, establishing prosthetic centers, the Center's volunteer program, and projects being implemented for Rohingya refugees in various asylum environments. Undersecretary Tofalo praised the distinguished relations between the two countries and the Center's diverse works in relief and humanitarian fields.
