The General Authority for Civil Aviation (GACA) has announced the issuance of the Executive Rules for organizing the Integrated Logistics Special Zone at King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. It includes the "general provisions" of definitions of terms, phrases and illustrative meanings, "Management, Development and Supervision of the Zone, supervising and coordinating with the relevant authorities and granting the necessary licenses and approvals to customers, service providers, contractors and the like. Furthermore, it provided the "Licensing Provisions" and "Leasing Provisions", where GACA provides rental units in the zone after the preparation and the development of the infrastructure. The Executive Rules included "Recruitment and Employment" provisions through the submission of applications to GACA. In addition to "Supervision and Inspection of Entities Provisions", where GACA supervises and controls the customers' entities, the service providers and contractors in the zone and inspects it.
