The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has participated in the Fourth Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Tourism and the Joint Meeting of Ministers Responsible for Tourism and Ministers Responsible for Culture of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) in Muscat. The meeting discussed a number of issues that enrich tourism in the GCC. During his speech, the Chairman of Board of Directors for the Saudi Commission for Tourism and National Heritage (SCTH), Ahmad bin Aqil Al-Khatib, reviewed the national strategy for tourism in the Kingdom, in addition to the announcement of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia at the end of last month to open its doors to tourists from around the world.
