Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that Jeddah Governorate witnessed on Tuesday a historic day of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's great and unprecedented progress as the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz inaugurated new King Abdulaziz International Airport (KAIA) (Terminal 1), and station 5, the last of Haramain High Speed Railway. The paper added that the new Airport is one of the largest airports in the region and latest international airports, sprawling over a total area of 810,000 square meters and an annual capacity to hold 30 million passengers in the first phase.
