The Higher Committee of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Award for Environmental Management in the Islamic World will hold its meeting at the headquarters of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) in Rabat, on 30 September 2019, under the chairmanship of the Chairman of the Higher Committee of the Award, Dr. Abdulrahman bin Suleiman Al-Tariki, in the presence of ISESCO Director General and Secretary-General of the Award Dr. Salem bin Mohammed Al-Malik, at the headquarters of the Islamic Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (ISESCO) in Rabat. During the meeting, a presentation will be made on the activities of the General Secretariat of the Award and the academic report of the second round of the Award. The award is supervised by The Saudi General Authority of Meteorology and Environmental Protection, and ISESCO is its General Secretariat. The award aims at developing joint Islamic environmental action and contributing to international efforts to achieve human environmental security.
