OIC Secretary General Meets Nigerian Permanent Representative to UN

Secretary General of the Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) Dr. Yousef bin Ahmed Al-Othaimeen, met here today Permanent Representative of Nigeria to UN Tijjani Muhammad-Bande, on the sidelines of the 74th Session of the UN General Assembly.
The Secretary General congratulated the Permanent Representative on his election as President of the General Assembly at the current session. The two sides discussed ways to develop OIC-UN cooperation in several areas, including Islamophobia, sustainable development and women and youth empowerment.
