Acting Secretary General of Islamic Military Counter Terrorism Coalition (IMCTC) Air Vice Marshal Mohammed bin Saeed Al-Mughaidi has received here Ambassador of The Maldives to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia Mohamed Khaleel and his accompanying delegation. During the visit, the Ambassador of Maldives was briefed on the Coalition's efforts in combating terrorism. The two sides reviewed ways to activate the membership of the Maldives in the Coalition to achieve desired goals to eliminate terrorism. They also discussed security issues of mutual interest between the Maldives and the Coalition, stressing the importance of continuing cooperation and exchanging expertise that supports exerted efforts in combating violent extremism and terrorism.
