The Minister of Finance Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Jadaan inaugurated today the Euromoney Saudi Arabia Conference 2019 and the accompanying exhibition, organized by the Euromoney Foundation in partnership with the Ministry of Finance, and will last for two days at the Four Seasons Hotel in Riyadh. A number of ministers, heads of sectors of the financial system, officials and specialists in the financial and economic sector at local and international levels attended the conference. During his opening speech, the Minister affirmed that the conference comes after three years of positive progress resulting from the comprehensive reforms being witnessed by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to achieve the objectives of the Kingdom's Vision 2030. Minister Al-Jadaan also affirms the Government's commitment to achieving the vision's goals that will lead to a comprehensive economic transformation, a major shift in the structure and performance of the Kingdom's economy, the contribution of the private sector, and accelerating the use of technology in many areas and the high level of services being provided in the financial sector. The Minister of Finance explained that the financial policies in the Kingdom focus on achieving a balance in the sustainability of financial stability and the promotion of economic growth to support the economic and social transformation being witnessed by the Kingdom in accordance with the Kingdom's Vision 2030.
