The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain strongly condemned and denounced the firing of several ballistic missiles by the Iranian-backed Houthi militias towards the city of Jazan in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, in what is considered a reoccurring terrorist attack targeting civilians. The ministry commended the Arab Coalition to Support Legitimacy in Yemen forces for its efforts in countering such terrorist attacks, reiterating its unequivocal position in supporting the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's actions taken to combat terrorism regionally and internationally, as well as against all those seeking to undermine its security and stability. It also stressed the need for the international community to take deterrent measures against Houthi militias and all terrorist organizations supporting or funding them in order to maintain international peace and security.
