Mauritania expressed strong condemnation and denunciation of the terrorist attack on Shaybah Oil Field, describing it as "a criminal act". A statement issued by the Mauritanian Foreign Ministry reaffirmed Mauritania's full solidarity and stand with the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia as well as supporting it in all measures taken to ensure its security and safety. The statement stressed that this attack has targeted the security of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the global energy supplies.
