The General Authority of Meteorology and Environment Protection forecasts the weather for today to be thunderstorm rain with active winds in the regions of Jazan, Baha and Taif heights, while dusty winds in Jouf, Northern Borders and coastal parts of Makkah and Madinah regions.
The Authority's report states that the surface wind movement in the Red Sea is westerly northerly at speed of 18-42 km/h, while the surface wind movement in the Arabian Gulf is easterly to easterly northerly at speed of 12-35 km/h.
