Assistant Secretary General of the Arab League Ambassador Haifa Abu Ghazaleh, who is also Head of the Social Affairs Sector at the AL, cited the efforts being exerted by the Government of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman Abdulaziz Al Saud in organizing Hajj each year as a model and a lesson to be able taught for how to deal with such crowds accurately and effectively. In a statement to Saudi Press Agency (SPA), Abu Ghazaleh said that the procedures, regulations and arrangements the Kingdom is fulfilling during Hajj season every year are unprecedented, vowing that no country on earth today could carry out such a duty with such efficiency as the Kingdom does, pointing out that there are new preparations and new arrangements year after year.
