The Secretary General of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) for Arab States, Dr. Abdul Latif bin Rashid Al-Zayani, has praised the establishment of the Coordinating Council between the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and the Kingdom of Bahrain, describing it as a historic step that will deepen relations and set the joint cooperation to an ambitious future vision aimed at the good and interests of the two brotherly peoples. The Secretary General expressed his pride in the wise approach by the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and King Hamad bin Isa Al Khalifa, aimed at strengthening relations between the two countries and their peoples. He also affirmed that the establishment of the Saudi-Bahraini Coordination Council would lay the foundations for a new phase of economic and developmental progress.
