Kuwait's Foreign Minister Sheikh Dr. Mohammed Sabah Al-Salem Al-Sabah pays a two-day official visit to Pakistan on August 26-27 at the invitation of his Pakistani counterpart Khurshid Mehmood Kasuri, according to an official statement. During his visit, Pakistan and Kuwait will sign four Memorandums of Understanding (MOUs) on bilateral political consultations, fight against narcotics trafficking, cultural cooperation and a framework agreement on economic cooperation with the Arab Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC). The Kuwait foreign minister's visit will provide an opportunity to the leaders of the two countries to further strengthen their bilateral relations and exchange views on the current situation in the Middle East, Iraq and South Asia, the statement said.
