Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques directs hosting 200 pilgrims of relatives of victims and injured of New Zealand terrorist incident to perform Hajj this year

Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has directed hosting 200 pilgrims of the families of the victims and injured of the terrorist attack on two mosques in Christchurch, New Zealand, which killed 50 people and wounded dozens. According to the directive by the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, the 200 hosted pilgrims are to perform Hajj this year 1440 AH, within the Program of Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj, Umrah and Visit carried out and supervised by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance annually.
The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' directive was announced by Minister of Islamic Affairs, Da'wah and Guidance and General Supervisor of Program of Guests of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques for Hajj, Umrah and Visit Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh in a press statement on this occasion.
The minister expressed his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud for this generous gesture towards the families, victims and injured of this brutal aggression which is rejected by all religions.
The minister pointed out that the hosting of the families of victims and injured of the painful terrorist incident comes within the framework of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's efforts to confront and defeat terrorism and terrorists, as well as helping the families of the victims of this abhorrent act which violates all divine teachings and humanitarian values and principles.
The minister said that the ministry will urgently work to carry out the directive by following up procedures through the Embassy of the Kingdom in New Zealand and the completion of all procedures related to their arrival and providing all facilities and services for them to perform Hajj in ease and comfort.
