Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues at local, regional and international arenas. Al-Riyadh and Al-Yaum newspapers said in their editorials that it is widely known that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has been strongly and firmly supporting the Palestinian cause. The papers noted that the Palestinian cause is central to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and it continues supporting it until the establishment of a Palestinian state on the 1967 borders and restoring rights of the Palestinian people. The papers added that the Cabinet reaffirmed on Tuesday that the Kingdom will continue to be a leader in its support for Palestinian refugees, stressing, in this regard, the contents in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia's speech before the Pledging Conference of the United Nations Relief and Works Agency for Palestine Refugees in the Near East (UNRWA) in New York emphasizing the right of Palestinians and their descendants that returning to their homeland is inalienable and a firm and established right that does not expire in time due to its being a human and moral right and a legal and political right guaranteed by international resolutions.
