Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud has sent a cable of congratulations to the President Félix Tshisekedi of Democratic Republic of the Congo on the occasion of his country's independence.
On behalf of the people and Government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the King extended his congratulations to His Excellency the President, wishing him permanent health and happiness and further progress and prosperity to the Government and people of Democratic Republic of the Congo.
