His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Defense and Head of Saudi delegation participating in G20 leaders' summit met here today with President Donald Trump of the United States of America. At the outset of the meeting, US President pointed out that he is proud of the friendship of His Royal Highness the Crown Prince, praising the great achievements he made for the Kingdom, especially the efforts being exerted to combat terrorism and drying up of its sources. US President reviewed the trade, economic and military relations between America and the Kingdom and the common interests have been achieved for both countries, describing them as wonderful. His Royal Highness the Crown Prince expressed his thanks and appreciation to His Excellency the President of America for his feelings of welcome, saying that "we are trying to do the best for our country, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, which is a long journey, and we have done much in the last few years and we also need to do more . His Royal Highness the Crown Prince added that we have worked with Your Excellency the President, and we have accomplished many great achievements on the political, military and economic levels in particular and in an unprecedented way and I believe that would contribute to the level of GDP growth, creating jobs and enhancing security in both countries and we hope to do more." After that, they dicussed the historical friendship bilateral relations, joint coordination on issues, regional developments, in addition to the position of the two countries and the efforts being exerted towards them. The meeting was attended by Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard, Prince Khalid bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Minister of Defense, Minister of State and Cabinet Member Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, Foreign Minister Ibrahim Al-Assaf, Minister of Commerce and Investment Dr. Majid Al-Qasabi, and Minister of State for Foreign Affairs and Cabinet's Member Adel Al-Jubeir. From US side, the meeting was also attended by Secretary of State Mike Pompeo, National Security Adviser John Bolton, and a number of officials.
