The Board of Directors of the Capital Market Authority (CMA) has approved the strategic instructions for the acquisition of strategic shares by the foreign strategic investors on the listed companies, which will be implemented from the date of their publication. These instructions were designed to target foreign legal persons who wish to acquire strategic stakes on the listed companies for the purpose of enhancing the financial or operating performance of these companies in the long era.
