His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, met in Jeddah today with His Highness Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Crown Prince of Dubai. At the outset of the meeting, the Crown Prince of Dubai conveyed to His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, the greetings of His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the United Arab Emirates, and His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President of the United Arab Emirates, Prime Minister and Governor of Dubai. In turn, the Crown Prince sent his greetings to them. During the meeting, they reviewed the firm fraternal historic relations binding the two countries and their sisterly peoples and the promising opportunities to develop cooperation between the two sides in all fields. The meeting was attended by Prince Turki bin Mohammed bin Fahd bin Abdulaziz, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Prince Badr bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of Makkah Region; Prince Abdulaziz bin Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Interior; Prince Abdullah bin Bandar bin Abdulaziz, Minister of National Guard; Dr. Musaed Al-Aiban, Minister of State and Member of the Cabinet; Dr. Ibrahim bin Abdulaziz Al-Assaf, Minister of Foreign Affairs; Abdulaziz Al-Hwairini, Chief of State Security; Khalid Al-Humaidan, Chief of General Intelligence; and Turki Al-Dakheel, Saudi Ambassador to the UAE. On the UAE side, the meeting was attended by Sheikh Ahmed bin Saeed Al Maktoum, Chief of Dubai Civil Aviation Authority, who is also supreme executive president of the Emirates airlines and chairman of Dubai airports; Sheikh Mansour bin Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum; Sheikh Shakhbout bin Nahyan, UAE ambassador to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia; Sheikh Saeed bin Maktoum Al Maktoum; Dr. Anwar Gurgash, Minister of State for Foreign Affairs; Ali Al-Shamsi, Deputy Secretary General of the Supreme Council for National Security; and a number of UAE senior government officials.
