A Royal order has been issued, reforming the Council of the Civil Service for a period of three years. The Prime Minister will be the Council's Chairman, while the Deputy Premier will be the Council's Deputy Chairman. The members of the Council include: the Ministers of Civil Service, Finance, Health, Commerce and Industry, Economy and Planning, as well as Dr Mutlab Al-Nafeesa, a member of Cabinet and Minister of State, Madani bin Abdul-Kadir Elaki, a Former member of Cabinet and Minister of State, and Dr Abdullah Al-Rashid, the Director of King Khaled University. In a statement to The Saudi Press Agency, Mohammed Ali Al-Fayez, the Minister of Civil Service, said the membership of Dr Ibrahim Al-Assaf, the Minister of Finance, and Dr Hamad bin Abdullah Al-Mani, the Health Minister, was renewed. Both of them were members of the former council that ended its term on 11/4/1425 AH. Moreover, Dr Hashim Yamani, the Minister of Commerce and Industry, and Khalid Al-Quseibi, the Minister of Economy and Planning, were appointed in the new Council. On the other hand, the membership of Dr Mutlab Al-Nafeesa, the Member of the Cabinet and Minister of State, was renewed. In addition to this, Dr Madani bin Abdel-Kadir Elaki, the Former Member of the Cabinet and Minister of State, and Dr Abdullah Al-Rashid, the Director of King Khalid University, were appointed in the new reformed Council.
