Pakistani paramilitary troops raided a village house near the Afghan border, seizing 1,400 kilograms (3,085 pounds) of morphine and a cache of weapons, an official said Friday. No one was arrested for the seizures late Thursday in Shabyan, the village located about 200 kilometers (125 miles) southwest of Quetta, capital of southwestern Baluchistan province, said Lt. Col. Mohammed Rizwan Malik, spokesman for the Frontier Corps paramilitary force. The weapons captured in the raid included 46 rockets, ammunition and anti-tank mines.
