Saudi-Tunisian memorandum approved

The Tunisian House of Representatives has approved the memorandum of understanding singed by the Saudi and Tunisian
governments concerning the end an agreement to establish a Saudi-Tunisian development investment company.
The approval paved the way for transforming the company to a comprehensive commercial banking establishment.
Before this move, the work of the company was confined to development investment.
