At least two people were killed and around 30 badly injured when a bus carrying mainly British tourists ran off a road and plunged 30 meters down an embankment on Tuesday, officials said. The bus landed on its roof and rescuers had to cut many of the passengers out of the wreckage from the crash south of Salzburg. "There are at least two dead and about 30 seriously injured," a Red Cross spokesman said. Austrian news agency APA said most of the roughly 50 passengers were British tourists. There was no immediate word on the cause of the accident. --SP 1940 Local Time 1640 GMT
