The Executive Council of the Arab Organization for Agricultural Development (AOAD) of the Arab League kicked off the meeting of the 49th session in Jeddah today, in the presence of the Minister of Environment, Water and Agriculture, Engineer Abdulrahman bin Abdulmohsen Al-Fadhli; Minister of Agriculture of the State of Palestine, Chairman of the Executive Council Dr. Sufian Abdulrahman Sultan; and the Director General of (AOAD) Dr. Ibrahim Adam Ahmed Al-Dekhairi. In his speech at the opening ceremony, Engineer Al-Fadhli said that the meeting would provide an opportunity to discuss the most important problems facing the agricultural sector in Arab countries and to find ways to overcome these challenges to implement programs and projects that achieve agricultural integration.
