In the presence of Minister of Culture of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) Prince Badr bin Abdullah bin Farhan and the Director General of UNESCO Audrey Azoulay, the Saudi Ministry of Education and the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) co-signed a memorandum of understanding (MoU), aiming at enhancing cooperation in the field of culture and reparation of heritage. Cooperation between the two parties will also include preserving and repairing of heritage sites, in addition to holding festivals, arts and literature forums, including organizing libraries, book fairs, arts performance, culture, children arts and related initiatives and conferences.
