Under the patronage of the Minister of Housing Majid bin Abdullah Al-Hawqail, the second edition of the conference "Housing Finance in Saudi Arabia", organized by the Real Estate Development Fund (REDF), will start tomorrow in Riyadh. The conference will include 8 working sessions with 26 speakers from inside and outside the Kingdom, to discuss the role of technology in supporting the mortgage market, the latest practices to build a sustainable residential finance sector housing sector in the Kingdom. The Minister of Housing, Majed bin Abdullah bin Hamad Al-Hogail, will provide a strategic overview of the KSA's housing and housing finance markets and the achievements made so far. Khalid Mohammed Al-Amoudi, General Supervisor and Chairman Deputy of the Board of REDF will review the agencies work over the past 12 months and its goals for the future.
