Saudi newspapers highlighted in their editorials today a number of issues on local, regional, and international arenas. Okaz newspaper said in its editorial that the policy of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia continues in successive steps to create a regional, Arab and international future in the region. The Arab-European Summit, being held in Egypt with participation of leaders of 38 countries, discussed a number of issues including combating terrorism and saving the region from armed militias backed by foreign countries. Al-Yaum newspaper said in its editorial that the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and Egypt are key to solving outstanding Arab crises. The newspaper said that the Kingdom's participation in the Arab-European Summit represents a strong and important push to resolve all burning Arab issues, whether related to the crises of Yemen, Syria or Libya.
